Sure they weren't casing out the house / car...? At 0.55 their phone / camera lights up like they have taken a photo or something... Or this is just a drunk driver?
Who knows, I see shenanigans like this weekly, the ability to drive has left the building I suppose.

Why didn't they just pull into the pavement part of the driveway and reverse back and away in 1 manoeuvere? Or drive past and reverse into the same. Like you say, from the pause between manoeuveres, maybe intoxicated.

But as I said, I see nitwits like this turn around like this on my street at least once per week. Day and night. I should make a highlight reel.
I would say the kiddies got the folks caar out for a quick joy ride, and got a hot txt in the middle of it.
