DMSS app update-now problem accessing saved clips

Good afternoon,

I have NVR 8ch 2AI with multiple Dahua cams. I use DMSS for remote view on iPhone 17 Pro max.. iOS 26.4. all worked excellent until DMSS app updated yesterday( damn auto update). Version 2.4.11 with build date of 3/31/26. Now when I try to retrieve a saved clip, I get the below error on all of my cameras. LIVE view works on all cams. I tried deleting and re install app. No luck... Maybe I should try restarting NVR?? Anyone else?

I'm thinkin it's easy enough to restart the NVR, and cross that off your list if it doesn't work.
I havent used DMSS in a long time. sorry can't be much more help.
