I just had 1gb fiber optic installed at my house. I am now unable to connect outside of my home. I am using the same router, no changes were made to it. Blue Iris sees the correct IP and port but it just times out. I have tried another port in case the one I am using was blocked, same problem. I have switched internet providers and not sure what to try? I use a dynamic domain and it's registering the proper IP. If I enter the ip and port directly it still won't connect. Any ideas what the problem could be or where to look? Thanks

Have you confirmed that your port is open WAN side?
Try checking with Port Checker - Check Open Ports Online or similar.
If open, then its router config or blue iris. Let us know results from the above.

It has been working fine with my old DSL service, just too slow to stream smoothly. The port is open, I will check more later and let you know what I find.
Yes, but your modem & ISP have changed. Agree with hikky_b, check WAN.
