Camera connected to Hik-Connect but offline with my NVR

Hi guys, Long story short, I had a Hikvision camera (the DS-2CD2346G2-ISU/SL) connected to a Hik NVR ( the DS-7604NXI-K1 / 4P) and I've recently moved to the Ajax platform with is waaaaay easier (at least for me) to use. Since then, I can see my camera up and running in my HikConnect app on my iPhone, but nothing when I connect to my NVR. It keeps showing it "offline". I'm a bit lost so any valuable help would be moooore than welcome ! Thanks everyone. Bruce PS: is it me or is Hikvision being overly complicated ? ;-)
