I have two cameras that the videos are not showing up on the BI console but they do show up on my Iphone, ipad, and in the BI Web UI. I have also noticed that the videos are very long and don't appear to be cutting the videos. I checked all the settings of these two camera with ones that are working but cant find any discrepancies. What could I be missing here?

Check the "Groups" setting on the "General" tab for the camera settings, this might be causing your issue!
Thanks for the help. I finally figured it out and I probably did not provide you with enough information on what I am trying to do. I have a PTZ camera that looks at the gate on the driveway. I want the camera to detect any motion in that area. I also want the camera to follow a vehicle down the driveway when it enters the property. So I cloned the camera and set zones so when a vehicle travels from Zone B>C, the camera will run a script and change the PTZ settings. I know BI has introduced the tracking option but I don't want it to track animals crossing the road, just vehicles coming down the drive. I suspect having cloned this camera may have caused the problem. I anyone has any suggestions on setting up BI to do what I want it do please let me know. Thanks
