This looks like a setup issue, post the AI screen of the camera configuration?

What are your timeout values in the main AI setup? Have you tried adjusting those up to see if that helps? The alert looks like it is being cancelled by AI, that's why it ignores the rest of it. Was this working prior to .49?
Have the same values as you minus the min conf which is 25. Had the same issue prior to .49
It works 98% of the time however every now and then it will do what I described in post 1. Not the end of the world I was just guessing i was missing something
