    Just downloaded the firmware from that link, it still fails at 50% looks like I'm stuck on version 3

    You're right my apologies it is the S2 I thought it was the S3.. Lol.. maybe that's why the firmware update doesn't work..

    I have a dahua nvr see pic, which I bought from AliExpress a while ago, it works well but it's on v3 firmware I would like to put it on version 4 on but every time I try and update it gets to about 50 to 60% then fails..
