    How about you change your windows password to a simple pin number and try logging in to turn on the service, if it works, then go back and change your pass to whatever you had. It may turn on the run as service and won't ask you to redo the credentials.

    didn't you say you have a windows user and not the default admin and a password to log into your windows account? Try leaving the user part blank and use the windows login pass to turn on run as services to see if it works

    You could simply just install google chrome on your BI computer and setup a new account for this use only, setup google remote desktop on the BI comp and access that pc from anywhere without having to setup ip forwarding and setting up netzero or vpn services.

    I just don't use the camera time and just set the BI to embed the time. I'm not sure what is the downside to doing it this way.
