how to fix "click here to download plugin" that doesnt work

just yesterday my browser has started giving this error i have to do before i can view anything.
been years i have been using ietab in chrome to view the cameras in various locations without any issues until yesterday.
i have tried installing this plugin and still says i need to install it with all browsers closed, run as admin as well.
restarted PC and same thing.
just cant figure this out, any one know whats going on??

Probably an update with the browser now blocking.

Just use Internet Explorer as it will accept the plugin

how? that was deleted ages ago by windows

Nope, it is still native to Windows and will be for a long time as Windows still uses components of it. They just hid it from us.

How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:

Open Notepad:

Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:

CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true

Save as OpenIE.vbs

Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs

Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer

I'm seeing same error when trying to load a bookmarked page for a camera, but if I put the exact same IP address into the address bar, it does load fine. The addresses are identical!
