DS-7208HQHI-K2/P/A : setting different video layout on video out and HDMI

Hi everyone!
I have a Hikvision DS-7208HQHI-K2/P/A that has as output: video out (bnc), HDMI and VGA.
At the moment, video out (BNC) is synced with the view on HDMI.
I want to view on BNC video out just camera number 1, and on HDMI 2*2 matrix with cam 1,2,3,4 .
I can't find the setting to do it.
Can someone please help me?

I have a DS-7616NI-M2/16P NVR so I can't be sure this can be done on your NVR/firmware... but here is where that configuration is managed on my NVR using the "Live View Configuration" menu page (your NVR probably has a similar page):

There is no "Live view configuration" menu on mine, there is only "menu output" menu but no option there.
Screenshot is in Italian but i'm the same menu as yours.
Is it possible that there is no option to do that?? My old DVR was 15 years old and had that option...

In addition, i can't figure out how to check if there is any DVR firmware update. DVR asks me for a file to update but i can't figure out where to find it.

If the "Live view configuration" menu item is not available, I guess that DVR/firmware doesn't support configuring the different outputs independently?

I took a look, but I'm not very familiar with the DVR models and can't seem to find firmware information for it :(
 
What firmware version is the DVR running now? Googling that firmware version might help determine if it is the latest version on not... Also, what is the "Hardware Version"... that can help in identifying firmware also...

I see that firmware version on the Hikvision EU Portal here:

Home » portal » Technical Materials » 03 DVR » 00 Product Firmware » [Turbo 4.0] » K72_K72A

It's one of the older year 2017 firmware's listed there... there are many newer firmware versions as recent as year 2000 there... but again, I'm not familiar with these... chances are if the firmware there is not compatible, it will just not load (you will get "device mismatch" error)... worse case you could brick the DVR loading newer firmware :(

Also, as usual for Hikvision, there are no release notes, so there's no way to tell if newer firmware would add the "Live View Configuration" menu page.
