The official "WTF" thread

As I was getting emotionally dragged around on this .. I finally put on my thinking cap and was wondering how on earth do some of these folks actually get $5-7k a week on SNAP .. and the soda and junk food ..

Turns out it really is not typically possible to do that, and a LOT of the videos we see are created by "influencers" to get video hits, and are not truthful.
( drama queens, emotional manipulators, fake news, call it what you will .. )

the stats and facts ..

SNAP benefits, looks like average is $188 per person per month .. and there is a cap.

I'm sure there are some who sell/trade their SNAP benefits for luxuries the benefits are not intended for... seems like it would be impossible to enforce full compliance... what can you do, throw the baby out with the bathwater? This video is hilarious, weaves LOL

Found where our HVAC drain pan drains to after having a HVAC guy blow out the drain. Our bathroom exploded from the clog being shot up our sink's drain. Yep you guessed it, they tied the HVAC drain into the p-trap of the Guess Bathroom sink drain, under the cabinet. I have always not liked using compressed air in a water pipe, but it seems common with the HVAC guys these days.

dang .. French Sherman, looks like WWII .. shot right through, recovery of bodies ..

As much as I have always been for privacy and would have voted NO, if a vote was available, to Dashcams in Rental Cars, now I have changed my position to YES after seeing this...

Well, no that is incorrect, I would still vote NO, mainly because companies will and do abuse our privacy. It is none of their business hearing/seeing what my family, friends or just myself say or are doing.

But if I lean you my vehicle, there will be a Dashcam in it, LOL

Yeah, I have always heard if a breathalyzer test is not given at the time you are pulled over it can be challenged, not sure how true or if it holds up today but the thought is, are you over the limit at the time pulled over or after you ride in the police car and go to the station, which can add more time for the alcohol to get into your blood stream.

Had a cop tell me years back that there is an unwritten rule that pulling someone over after 2am majority of the time will end up in a DUI/DWI driver arrest. Point is, you could be doing nothing wrong and get pulled over during that time period. But, I understand no one starts drinking at 2am so most likely you would be over the limit at the time pulled over.

Just thinking of those who have a couple of drinks before their short drive home...

Wow, good thing their Electrical Outlets are mounted high.

What I saw interesting is the Locked PC Cases with their monitors mounted on the outside/side of the case...
