Is there some smoking gun that ties this horrible looking mishap to the shutdown?

Government officials have confirmed there were no known hazardous materials onboard the flight, although there are at least three known fatalities and 11 injuries as of the early evening.
The aircraft was an MD-11 fueled for Hawaii, crashed on takeoff at UPS's Louisville hub airport. I guess the 11 injuries would be from the neighborhood it crashed into.
