I need to type and operate in directories but every 10 seconds this string jump in my commands and I cant do anything!
 
It's what bothers me. Every 10 second repeating.
Then every 3 minutes reboot!
So how can I type commands?

I don't remember what term you used for what this cam is doing or if you guys said this Dahua ptz1a225-hnrxa is bricked or not. It never flashes at night. Only during the day time. I tried to bring a Dahua IPC HFW2431T-ZS-27135 back into life from a boot loop situation. Probably a wrong software was uploaded, or placed in the wrong place, but the camera no longer logs in to the serial terminal. Is there a solution to bring the camera back to life? even a flash dump would be a huge help.

Can anybody help I have a SD8A840-HNF-PA. I tried to update the firmware but didn't realize it was the US version camera is now bricked. It keeps trying to connect to network but cycles every 30sec with no GUI or IP access. I have tried almost every method discussed in this thread but no luck. Andy from Empire tech has also tried to help by pointing me to this thread. I purchased a USB to RS485 adapter I pulled the back of the camera off but cant seem to locate a UART plug in the case. The camera has the orange B+ and yellow A- RS485 connection on the pigtail I have tried numerous ways of connecting it. I have connected yellow to yellow, orange to orange and tapped into the ground terminal on the dc PS jack on the pigtail the only time I get anything is when I touch the red 5v to either orange or yellow and its just gibberish. Any help would be greatly appreciated......Tks

I have flashed the MCU via ST-Link with the V3.0 firmware to be on the safe side. Unfortunately the same error pattern...(davinci_eth_open:no link)

According to the log, there seems to be a problem with the network. However, it was previously accessible via the network. Even a direct connection with the computer and the 2-wire hub as well as manual IP configuration show the same error.

Question: Is there a possibility to recover only via UART (i.e. without TFTP)? What could be the cause of the error?

If I boot the VTO normally, I can see in the logs that the OS is intact. The sabotage alarm is also triggered acoustically.

I would be grateful for any help or tip.
 
Thanks for your response. Yes, it is a wired connection and the leds (where the ethernet cable is connected to) are ON (blinking) like a working network connection.

In addition I connected to the test setup a working VTH and the Config tool does detect it. So far, a network problem of the VNC could be excluded, I guess.

I assume the network problem is device related after the failed update and I'm looking for an option how to fix that... Any further ideas?
