Legit hikvision nvr to suit Australian region?

Hi guys, I'm hoping to buy this nvr off ebay. New in the box. One photo is the label on the box and the another underneath the nvr. Just need the green light from you knowledgeable peeps. Really appreciate the help. Thank you

Need help buying nvr off ebay

Hello, knowledgeable ones, can someone confirm this nvr will be safe to buy? When I asked for the serial number, he took a photo of the box. Ive read the tread regarding the codes but I'm retarded. My apologies

Since you said you were driving over to pick it up, I would suggest opening it and confirming it works!

I suggested to the seller that I would pick it up to judge his reaction. He's been great. Im probably doing his head in. I'm actually 2 hours away and I'm trying to avoid the drive
 
I have used two DS-7616 NI NVR’s from Ebay AU.That label is not the same as I have.
Do a google search for the model number should have two SATA bays up to 8 TB each?

I'd say that looks OK, it's not a China region model.

It's very easy to do a basic test - just hook up either the HDMI or VGA output to a TV or monitor and power it up.
The display will show if it boots up OK.

You have two threads on the same subject and paid $560 for it second hand.
When the same model sells on Ebay au for $190 second hand.

You said it was second hand? Not me. Fuk I buy 2nd hand for? I'm in Australia goose
