Hikvision NVR and Hik-Connect

has anyone had any success with adding a Hikvision nvr to iVMS-4500 through Hik-Connect then being able to receive intrusion alerts? I can get the nvr added and view and playback but can not get the nvr to show up in the alarm list.

Yes, you can set it up.
You’ll need to go figure the NVR and iVMS.
Are you using Hik-Connect login w/ iVMS or a local connection?

Have you checked to ensure within the Event/ alarm linkage config that you have enabled Notify Surveillance centre?

Everything is set up to notify the move, like I said if I add the nvr local with local up the alerts work but with him connect they don’t I am trying to avoid port forwarding....

I can access to my cameras using hik-connect app on android, but on windows using the browser what platform you using? My cameras are from hyundai but using hikvision protocol.

You install an software? When i'm on local network I access using ip address from NVR.

Platform Access Mode: Guarding Vision
Server Address: hyucloud.hyundai-security.es
