Hi everyone,
I have a Hanwha/Wisenet NVR XRN-2010A that became stuck on the boot/loading screen after a firmware update to v2.70.
What I have tried:
The device does not support USB recovery or user-accessible console on this model.
At this point, it looks like a firmware compatibility/bootloader limitation.
Has anyone experienced the same issue with XRN or legacy Wisenet NVRs?
Is sending the unit to Hanwha/service center the only option?
Thanks in advance.
I have a Hanwha/Wisenet NVR XRN-2010A that became stuck on the boot/loading screen after a firmware update to v2.70.
What I have tried:
- Power cycle (waited sufficient time)
- Boot without HDD
- USB recovery attempt (FAT32, single partition, upgrade.img)
- Keyboard input (no BIOS/console available)
- RS-232 (confirmed not a console port)
