Using Chrome to view blue iris server keeps W11 from going into lock screen when unattended

I'm moving to a new W11 box, Blue Iris is running on the old W10 box and I'm using a web browser to view my cameras using Blue Iris's web server. That is working fine but Chrome is not letting my machine sense inactivity and go to a lock screen. If I shut down chrome and wait, the lock works as expected. If I use Firefox it works as expected.

What setting in chrome do I need to adjust so viewing the BI webserver won't affect my machine going into inactivity lock?
