Watch those billions go out tomorrow. Not sure who specifically signs off on the money going out but can Trump simply replace that person by executive order. Also, get ahead of these lawsuits meant to block Trump. My novel idea would be to have groups favorable to Trump actually file a lawsuit but beat the other guys to the punchline by filing the lawsuit in a district court favorable to Trump instead of it going to a swampy district court like in Seattle. Does that make sense to anyone or do I need to put the bourbon down?

Does this judge have the authority do to this? Trump just may ignore this. Separation of powers in this case. Judicial branch versus the Executive branch.
The argument is that the Executive cannot arbitrarily decide NOT to spend money appropriated by Congress, and that it is the Duty of the Executive to administer those funds. That is the separation of powers argument. I think SCOTUS will be busy.
Not ONE single news organization mentioned NGO corruption. It REALLY feels like this X post got the attention of the administration though. Right at the end of it, he says the Trump Admin needs to halt all payments to NGO's. Imagine that.

It is a "temporary" freeze on the spending. It's not like the money will not be spent. Personally, I do not think that the judge has a legitimate case, not that will stop the proceedings.

From what I can tell, the OMB issued the freeze funding memo. The OMB is within the Executive branch. Their function is to produce POTUS budget. Sounds like the judge has tried to assert authority over the Executive branch without specifying how the OMB action is unconstitutional. Ergo, Trump should tell the judge to fuckoff and stay in his lane.
