SmartPSS v 2.0.1 - Wont start (windows 2012 and 2008)

Trying to install the new 2.0.1 version of SmartPSS but on either 2008 and 2012 it wont start.

I can't see anything in the event viewer or any logs.

Anyone got it running?

Its in the title. Windows Versions.

Do you have PC-NVR installed and running? Mine I try to change a setting (new install) and it timesout on entering the password.

Not sure, I've never tried to run it on a server version of windows.
