IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 and WEB5 SW Issues

I still cannot get to the cam's GUI on port 80. I get a 404 message. How can I get that to work like it did before?
 
What camera model and how are you trying to access it?
Direct via IP address? Through an NVR?

I can stream video fine from port 554 to my TrueNAS server running Frigate. I can also stream video to my PC via VLC.
But for some reason, I can no longer access the cam's GUI using a web browser on Win11 (Firefox, Brave, Vivaldi) on my local network. Not long ago, this worked fine. I had no problems logging into the cam. But that is no longer the case.

I read elsewhere that some people had the same problem and deleting some files using task manager and rebooting their PC solved their problem. I tried that but still no go for me.

I also tried opening up access to the internet for that camera. I currently have access blocked in my router. But temporarily enabling that IP address did not solve that problem.

So, what else can i do to get access to the GUI? I'm thinking of resetting to factory defaults, and redoing all the settings. But is there a less drastic action that I can take?
 
Thats an entirely different issue. That had nothing to do with accessing the GUI on port 80 it had to do with what you could or could not see or do AFTER logging in.
