Forum Error When Posting

I get this below pop-up message when I just posted.
But notice that even with this message the post is posted anyway.
But I deleted the duplicate post.

But right now it seems that I get this pop-up every time I post...

As it just did when I posted the above message, but I see after refreshing the page the message was posted anyway

To post now I just post once, get error, then refresh page/tab in browser and tada it shows posted...



So you just have to ignore error and refresh page/tab to see it posted

It got me tonight. I made the mistake of trying to save a post two more times and when I looked it had posted it three times.
The same error comes up when you delete a post also but it does delete properly.
