I want to recieve notifications on my phone when motion is detected. I configured the motion detection, enabled the "notify surveillance center" and it works perfectly on ivms4200, however i tried both ivms 4500 and hik connect on my phone and neither got the notifications. Does anyone have a clue why?

Edit: It works if i add the dvr via hik connect, but not if i add it by ip.
