DS-2CD2Q10FD-IW Firmware - Unable to find anywhere

Does anyone know a source for DS-2CD2Q10FD-IW firmware? These are small indoor PT cameras. They are probably 10 years old at least, but I'd like to upgrade them so I can get onvif functionality. The current version does not seem to have this (V5.4.5 build 170223).
