I have a Dahua DH-SD59432XA-HNR that the IR stopped working after 4 years. I have tried rebooting and resetting but just can barely see the IR on. So I was hoping to find a repair shop.
I was thinking about that but now motion is no longer working either, just 24/7 recording. It could be some shorted SMD capacitor. You could test them with an multimeter.
Install an exterior better IR light.
I think it's a 24 voltTry it with the 12V supply, see if it makes any difference.
The 24 VAC is through the separate power plug. However, it uses 12VDC through the POE cable. A lot of PTZs are configured this way. This particular PTZ uses 24W with the IR on. 11W without the IR off. That needs to be considered when selecting a power source.I think it's a 24 volt
It's a 24v ac system. Hard to find a power supply.Try it with the 12V supply, see if it makes any difference.

It's a 24v 3amp ac system. Hard to find a power supply.Try it with the 12V supply, see if it makes any difference.
All of the sprinkler controllers I've come across use a 24 vac supply, mostly plug-in transformers. Probably because the valves operate on 24 vac. It's a 24v 3amp ac system. Hard to find a power supply.

If that's the original box for the camera, that's quite an inexcusable discrepancy for the power spec. I wonder if the intent was to show that the power brick got plugged into AC, and whoever did the graphic for the box didn't understand the details? Never should have left the factory that way if it's incorrect.this is what's on the box it came in
