Dahua NVR time problem

Hello,

I have an issue with the NVR5232-4KS2 in that it doesn't keep the correct time.
I disable NTP and sync (system>general>date&time) it to my PC, it will only go to 2000-01-01 at 00:00:00.


Can someone help me.

Also having the same issue with a NVR5216-4KS2 bought on ebay

Called Dahua tech support and they said the serial number wasn't in their system

only few options, 1 update firmware, 2 return to place of purchase and 3 try hard reset button on the motherboard.

Dahua does not support end users. That is not there business model. That is why you should buy from Andy, at least he can get the latest downloads.

Have you tried syncing to an NTP server?
