i purchased a DH-IPC-HDW5442TM-AS-LED from andy. i am having issues setting up the people counting. on the cam side, i can draw the rule, and the line. the NVR has some AI capabilities, including people counting, yet when i set this channel on the NVR for people counting, i get a NVR error message that reads, "get config failed." can any of you all suggest where i might start troubleshooting this? thank you in advance for any assistance.
