Camera Issue's After Power Down

** edit ** When the NVR channel is in Plug&Play mode - the NVR would usually automatically Activate an Inactive camera

OK so just just did the same thing i did with camera 2 and it allowed me to activate the camera and set the IP, that's also now working.
