Yes dear they said they have discontinued this modal and no longer support or firmware , i need to get some backups that is the problem .

we have installed TeleEye JN6208 and JN6216 DVRs in some places more than 20 pcs some of them cant view recording in 2026 when play back dvr restart so can i have a firmware for this .
