    Some are Chinese models with multilanguage software, which cannot be firmware update. like 3132,2135 Others are original EU models like 2132 So the chinese model arent a clone, but its just the software which cannot be updated i think

    Today i have tried to update my 7608N e2 with fw 3.3.4 to 3.4.0. Downloaded it from Hikvision website, changed LANG to 2.. After doing the update by webui , the nvr reboots. gives around 12 peeps then reboots again. Have tried tftp, but the nvr isnt seen. Server is 192.0.0.128 ( have done it...

    IR switching causes line detect to trigger on 2xx2 IPCs

    I have the same. with sunset and sunrise the line crossing is triggered. Im used to it., Not even checking the alerts at sunset and sunrise. So if you want to break in to my house, you know what to do... But maybe setting the sensitivity lower could help? dunno... ill signup this thread

    I also have a similair problem. I have set Aiming schedule in camera. But each time it resets back to standard. How can i solve this? The camera's are connected to the NVR. I can change settings in NVR. could it be the nvr which is setting them back to default?

    how about the ports ? which ports are forwarded? could you mail me a screenshot of the basic settings-nat screen and the Port tab in network . besides.am i right that the nvr only sends alert emails. without pictures attached ?( for line and intrusiin )

    Hikvision - DS-2CD2335-I - Compatable NVRs

    NI is for European models ( comes in red white box ) N is for Chinese market models ( brown box ) If you buy 2335 , which is a chinese model, i would advise a N model . And im 100% sure it works flawless. Otherways, with a NI model, you could get language mismatch error
