    its going out of subject, but how do you want to open the vpn port ( which is neccessary as i know ) as you do not have acces to the main (isp modem ) - firewall.?

    Yes, seems like intru and line are working ok. However, we cannot set to only receive intru and line , without completely disabling the motion detection ? ( which is not preferred , as it is used to capture video to sd card )

    after deleting the cameras, have you changed password of nvr? if yes, restore it back to what it was before you changed. If that doesnt work , connect the cameras directly to your network, find them with sadp tool, try to goin, and set them back to default
