    G1W capacitor version. Something is going on with it, as it starts it is not booting completely, but the blue light is on. It seems to be ok when connected to the computer.     Hmmm My Huisun PTZ defaulted to Generic as the make. In PTZ/Control I have Hikvision/Abus/Swann.     To save cost in technician time, how much you want to bet they just rip guts out and install a new inside and ship it back. Hopefully they research the problem and make corrections educationally so it never happens again. What's their cost on a total transplant? $10 maybe?
