    Are you able to use blue Iris and use what I believe is called dyndns and have a name or host direct you to the IP. www.youreebcamera.com or whatever for the example. I haven't used dyndns for ages and not sure if it's free any more. Never used blue Iris but I heard they had a mobile.app for phone

    I was going from the floor to ceiling one time with the harbor freight Rods and it broke about three times. Was not happy. Wall had insulation in it and I think I was bending it too much. Ended up using metal fish tape I think

    Get the dahua mount box and don't fiddle with generic boxes. I get them for all my outdoor hikvision cameras

    35 cameras

    I'm going to be purchasing 35 cameras and it's kind of an odd number... Well would you guys go with two 32 channel nvrs or one 64. I will be using LTS. I'm leaning towards two 32 channels for higher bandwith and in case one NVR goes down I can route higher priority cameras to other one...

    Yup. Was thinking of putting the NVR upstairs along with the network panel for easier access... Have to find a good right angle drill. I'm using the 20v DeWalt line now
