    Although MQTT would be a less complex NodeRed flow I'd agree that I don't know if one is better than the other but I think you have a valid point about the broker restarting, any alerts while the broker was down (albeit brief) would mean a loss of those getting moved and added to the external DB.

    I see this dropping the resolution down from 640 to 416. I assume this is only any good if you're using medium models which should be 416 but would make no difference to us using larger models @ 640?

    I've not seen any improvment in speed or accuracy, in fact the only thing I've seen is that v2 seems to use about 600MB more RAM vs 1.6.7

One of my cams will AI process the normal images and then 10 images @ 250ms (5 seconds) - As you can see my re-trigger is with 10seconds, will this mean if the first cycle of AI processing finds nothing and movement contiues...

    TBH I won't be expecting much, having played around with many different online AI based up scalers, image enlargers, super resolution etc tools, I’m yet to see anything that impresses me, they all seem to be about the same or worst as just zooming in with a decent image editing application...

    something sounds off, I can get people 15-20meters away and still get 80% for them - can you give us an example image (take a jpeg snapshot from an old recording from the substream) - I'll run it over my AI and report the results.

    No it won't as there is only one model size for Mike's custom models, from my testing I'd say they're meduim type models. are you getting low scores for people? if so are people far away or do you have poor images for AI to work with?

    TBH I only record mainstreams 24/7 - I only use my sub streams for motion triggers and AI to generate alerts and call my attention things.     you don't want to be using anything lower than about 75% so that shouldn't be an issue. If you're only getting people as 40% they must be far away or you need to increase the model size you use.

    @Corvus85 - There are more yolov5 models than what is included with the CP.AI install, they can be used as custom models but unless you're rocking some serious hardware (3080/3090 etc) and also don't care about power consumstion I think there a bit overkill, which I way I assume the CP team them...
