Yeah... that's what I have, but for some reason no alerts are coming in on Blue Iris... none since the changes I made this morning. Something globally I must have checked that I shouldn't have maybe. I think this was the only global changes I made ... all on the AI tab: -

Apparently, one of those settings that I copied over this morning knocked out all my alert snapshots... as I haven't had an alert since. -

Gotcha... amazing how many threads there are out there on the Internet about this with all kinds of answers on how they fixed it... lol... when there is really nothing to fix. This is good to know. I didn't want to find out that because it has no Internet access I was unprotected. Thanks guys!- Sonnie

Got it setup just like he has it... we'll see how well it does... and I've enlarged my A and B motion areas. However... I've done something to make all my cameras disappear on the Blue Iris program. I have a big black screen. I can double click it and see them full screen, but then escape... -

I can't seem to get it right for Plate Recognizer... keep getting false readings. I've got A>B set up as shown below. Rekor got two plates this morning. PR missed both... although got a partial on one of them. -
Tailscale - No Internet access - but have Internet access
I'm getting two connections because I have two ports on the PC. When I disconnect the camera port, the camera switch is still connected to the main switch, so they still operate, but Tailscale has no Internet. I'm curious if this is common and if Tailscale needs the Internet to function...- Sonnie

I see this in my network settings.... No Internet access for Tailscale. Tailscale is enabled and I have no issues accessing the Internet. My tailscale devices function as they should, at home and away from on on my Android app. I just want to make sure it should be showing No Internet...- Sonnie

It's working better now that I moved it, but still showing a lot of motion due to the bushes at the top of the bank casting a shadow with the wind blowing. It did catch the last two tags correctly. -

When did I say that? If I did, I miscommunicated... sorry. OR... maybe that was in another thread back when I did not have the camera connected to network and was pushing them straight to the PC second port, which I changed and now using a VPN and plan to create another VLAN as well. The...- Sonnie

Does Codeproject AI need to be running for this? Plate Recognizer hasn't recognized anything other than our mailboxes. I likely don't have it setup correctly Rekor is still capturing the mailboxes, even after excluding them. I'm going to move the camera to exclude the mailboxes. I'm not sure... -

Are the lights necessary on this unit at night? It's not color, and there is a street light right next to it. How would I turn off the lights? -

You run all three on the same camera? We don't have any front-plate vehicles in these parts of the woods. Although a front-plate car here would likely be a sign of a mob hit. lol All of tag will be captured on cars going left to right. So I just need one line going across the road on the east... -

I think Plate Recognizer will work fine in my situation. To confirm... it would replace Rekor... and OpenALPR would not be needed? I should create zones in Blue Iris for Plate Recognizer versus using IVS in the camera AI? -
