BI v5.9.9.75 Deleting ALL "stored" Video

I can't help you on your current issue, but I can suggest you re-think your storage configuration. I would forget recording to your C: drive SSD and just configure your 6TB drive for your clips. Forget the moving crap and you will have no more issues. Just a suggestion, if you don't like it, no...

Dahua WizColor 5x59-PRO and SmartLight 5x59-IL new series

Since I buy from Andy, I always let him recommend which firmware to use. Just good practice since he is your dealer and the one who will warranty it. Also, the latest isn't always the greatest :)

    5.9.9 - January 17, 2025 - More Pre-6.0 feature releases

Ken fixed it, but was just going to release it again as 5.9.9.85. But the only way I could get it was to dl it from BI website. So if you have trouble updating to 5.9.9.85 through BI do the manual method. I have seen this before....but the good news is it now looks correct :)

I found that running 5.9.9.85 makes my text in the top bar too small. If I run the blueirisadmin.exe to compatibility mode and use the High DPI override option, it fixes it....I did not have to do this before. Note: running 2560x1440 res. on monitor.

Dahua PTZ camera making creaking noises when panning up

Could be the silica moisture pack inside the camera ?

Maybe 6.0 will have a little different look :)

It may take less CPU to render that, not sure.

Maybe 6.0 will have a little different look :)

Just noticed that when you save settings or do a camera restart the color bars are now replaced with old fashion b/w snow.

Dahua WizColor 5x59-PRO and SmartLight 5x59-IL new series

I reached out to Andy and his reply was: I understand your concern about the tracking information. For shipments originating from outside the United States, it is common for the carrier's tracking system (like the UPS website) not to show detailed scans until the package arrives at the...

I have seen this before due to accidently starting a camera recording by not realizing it. The spacebar can start/stop recording in BI. It's one of the first things I change in the keyboard shortcuts options. Just guessing here. The BI log may tell you more of what triggered it.

Is CPAI the go-to for people alerts?

The latest CPAI is nothing like when it was first developed. It now installs in 5 minutes and is very BI friendly too.

Did you mean like these: I only get them on clips not on alerts. Also, mine acted goofy at first, I had none but after toggling between clips and alerts, they suddenly showed up.

BI still keeps .dat files for each recording though, I think these are also required for the database to function.

    5.9.9 - January 17, 2025 - More Pre-6.0 feature releases

When I first updated to new DB I gained back some free space on all 3 of my clip drives. Don't ask me how, but I did not lose any clips or alerts. As far as your clipboard location, not sure on that.

Found that the android app 3.0.46 does not show alerts correctly. New by camera, will freeze app. Or select a camera, then click the calendar icon, then click the red lightning alert icon. It will show the correct camera name and time...but the alert picture is wrong. I have proven this with...

Is that the only error you are getting? You must keep your alerts in a location not stock?? I do not move clips, so I do not see this issue. Send a note to BI support.
