    My problem is mainly with the mini PTZ, but I am guessing it's mostly due to 4MP on the smaller sensor. Some months I had to add a custom profile in the mornings between the night/day switch to smooth out the transition.

    I will also add that I ditched the 2MP wedge camera at the front door in favor of a T54IR. The wedge has its place, but the 4MP does a much better job.
