    Yes have take it down and try to do a hard reset, if not work maybe board have some problem or software crashed, need a warranty or a serial port flash.

    For hardware issue you just contact your local AUS seller, fw i think need a special fw for animals or a NVR to turn off the filter.

    Something stucked, but installed outdoor may not hear that noise, PTZ build in audio make any noisy very strong.

    Yes we currently use the pre-paid tax way for all orders for US and Europe market. Later when stocks arrive in Amazon will be easier. The shipment will leave as scheduled on Monday. First lot still have some left, next batch will come later next week.
