    Do these commands run thru the NVR? My firmware is old and hasn’t been updated. Really don’t know if that would matter in this situation? My NVR 16 channel (5216-4KS2) is a non POE version so my cameras are all on switches.

    Just checked and the settings you mentioned were already set at is. Audio was enabled, One click disarm enabled, disarm by period disabled. Edit: not sure why I can't post an attachment but take my word for it, those settings were as you mentioned.
