    I would think that since the NVR is running a Linux variant and therefore is formatted with one of the Linux formats. If you are running Windows Subsystem for Linux then you should be able to see the format, or you can boot up with a live distro of Linux to check the drive.

    The reason I am asking is that version V4.001.0000006.0 (2021-02-8) on the NVR still requires the Internet Explorer NACL plugin. With IE going on the wayside after June 15, 2022, I, therefore, need to upgrade so that Firefox or Edge fully supports accessing the NVR over the ethernet.

    I have a NVR5208-8P-4KS2 (V2) running V4.001.0000006.0 (2021-02-8) and when I click "Manual Check" for new updates it tells me, "You are using the latest version". Okay I know there are later versions available, so why doesn't the NVR say otherwise?

    Dahua IPC Camera Losing Connection / Re-Connecting

    I have the same problem, but the connection is lost for only a minute or so. It is IPC-HDW2231R-ZS camera. I have checked on connections and have dielectric grease on the connector. The NVR shows a blank space on the recording when this happens.
