    Do you have hardware acceleration turned on for the cameras, if so then turn it off and only use the GPU for the AI. Do you have sub streams enabled for all of your cameras if not then enable it!

    At one time you could, but it caused all sorts of trouble with the installed version number, trust me you are better off to download the full install from the BI web site download page and run it to do the upgrade, do not uninstall V5 before you install V6!

    Try this, create a clone of the camera and try setting the CAM# field to 2 and see if the gives you the other camera or just try changing that field in this camera and see if the the other view shows up! not sure if you will need to run the "Discover" again or not! Also does anything show up...

    Not sure what to suggest, I have never used a USB camera with BI, I should have said bitrate instead of resolution! Perhaps someone else will have a suggestion!

    To the best of my knowledge; BI does not have any ability to control the video resolution; that is set by the camera itself or the device providing the video feed! Does the feed for these cameras show in the status window on the camera tab, if so then it will tell you the video resolution it is...

    I would not use 5.9.9.98 if you want export any MP4 videos, I know this first hand!, BI will get stuck in a loop of non stop exporting 0 byte video files, not easy to recover from!

    If you are trying to install BI on three computers with the same license key it will not work, you need three separate keys for three computers. Perhaps you could explain why you need it on 3 seperate computers at home, is it so you can view on all three?
