    Both of my systems are running BI V 6.0.4.7 and windows 11 V 26200.8246, no seeing any issues, BI does appear to be using a bit more memory than it used to, but I have not been monitoring that very closely as I am away and I am not checking the server on a regular basis!

    I am guessing the computer is perhaps some sort of laptop, since you say that the HD is soldered to the motherboard and can not be removed (or did I misunderstand), if that is the case I would suggest that the replacement computer be a bit easier to service failed parts!

    Look in the folder "C:\BlueIris\db", it should only contain the following files (extra.dat, records.dat) any other files are no longer required. If you are a cautious person you can backup the files to another location before deleting the surplus files!

    I did two install upgrades of BI 5 to BI 6 and never had any issue with the BI 6 upgrade not replacing or turning off the old BI 5 service!

    If you recreate the camera with the exact same short camera name it will still be linked to the old DB records!

    The registry is where the camera info is stored, if you delete the key the camera will be gone from BI, just make sure that you exit BI and shut down the service first before you delete the registry key for the problem camera!

    What AV are you running and do you have all the antivirus exclusions in place as per the help file? That is all the BI folders including the folder on the NAS excluded from your AV and a process exclusion for BlueIris.exe.
