    B.I. was/is set to only get onvif events from the cam, no motion on B.I. on the cam dither is set to 2, (based on some in from another thread) -unless I interpreted it wrong to go that low :thumbdown: Smart IVS is staying set to on.

    IVS only now on my static preset target, human and vehicle I get alerts, but no tracking now as I walk around. target tracking size, 20 I was getting tracking before. I checked the cam itself also.

    I'll hunt it down, and yes I always have bugs flying around. I only have onvif events enabled in B.I. on the cam, MD is enable because SMD needs it on. on MD area, I have nothing highlighted. I am using tripwire also.

    weird ghosted movement and alert. what might cause this? youtube link - first time posting anything to utube- I may not know the best way to convert and upload the clips. I tried , it was private, now to make it public somehow. it happened last night about 6 times.

    Can you save your settings to a file, so that if you screw things up, you can revert back to your working settings? I keep fiddling around with mine, and if you get lost and tick just one other seemingly minor setting, it can blow your mind. :facepalm: There is a lot of stuff going on in this...

    slowly learning through the web gui. it seems to be performing well. lots of settings in there, and some unintuitive procedures to perform, because I have to expand on features that are not apparent at first. I'm using the (3M) video setting for the scene I'm set to, cause I can't unzoom far...

    just erected mine up today -SD5A425GA-HNR PTZ - it is yuge! :wow: - its working off of my secondary poe+ switch - now to figure out the tracking part of this thing. my first ptz.

    I have a dual network. second intel network card in my pc and separate ip address on my pc for my cameras I mentioned earlier that all has running great for a yr. and a half.

    just in time - your paypal is now working - bought the PTZ5A4M-25 and the pfa 120 junction box. could have used a ceiling mount for under my soffit, but it was not available. do I receive a lottery ticket or 2 for the purchase, I bought 2 al a cart earlier.;)

    Thanks Wildcat Looks like this cam may undergo an SOC refresh which is hardware, and not update-able, am I correct? Looking for this to be my next buy in the next few days, so I'm thinking, this needs to be put on pause for now.
