    Had it up for about 4 months. Only testing it. Usually have a Dahua TiOC up. Think image is far superior on this camera. App is a bit shit at times for push notifications. I wouldnt call them reliable for using as a doorbell notifcation.

    I have this camera and its one of the better colour cameras I have seen in that price range. Below is a screenshot, actual image is much crisper. No white light turned on. Plenty of streetlight. Showing a lot more colour than the naked eye can see out there.

    Setting > PTZ > Function > Preset Just set any position for Preset 1 for this test, then in the SmartPlan section click where it says Add Plan and select Preset 1. You will now have IVS, People Counting etc

    This is a common fault with that model. Have seen quite a few of these fail with that problem.

    The usually keep a list of compatible dongles in the back of the manual. Would have expected that model to work as I am familiar with similar Amiko models working on the -X XVR
