Hi, I was given a doorbell for my new house, and it's a Hyundai HYU-134 Video Intercom Kit.

Both the box and the devices are identical to Dahua, but I don't know if they work the same way.

The thing is, I can't find any information about the doorbell on Hyundai's website, but I can on Dahua's. I even thought I saw firmware, which I wouldn't mind updating, since it's been stored away for a long time.

I'm sending you this information to see if you can shed some light on this issue, as I've been searching online for over a day and the closest thing I've found from Hyundai is this:

The information I have and photos:

The outdoor intercom:
Model: Hyundai HyuOT - Identical to Model: Dahua VTO2000A.

The indoor intercom:
Model: Hyundai HyuIT - Identical to Model: Dahua VTH15_Series.

A hub or something similar:
Model: VTNS1060A I believe this is even a direct reference from Dahua.

The photos:

Please help.

Thank you for everything.

Well, using the Dahua manuals, I was able to configure it, but I have a couple of problems.

1- I receive the call on the indoor monitor, but although I can see the image, I can't hear any sound.

In VLC, I do get image and sound.

2- I am unable to connect it to any 2p2 software for mobile phones. This is the p2p option screen.

It's a DH-VTKB-VTO2000A-VTH1550CH kit.
Does the device show up in ConfigTool software?

Follow guides on setting up a VTO.

You change password and username in "Search string".

Intercoms are setup through Building Config page.
There is where the VTO and VTH are configured to connect for video and SIP server (so voice works).

Hello @Mark_M , I followed your advice and watched this video:

The vto detects it, but the vth is not recognised by the configtool.

I can see it in vdpconfig. I don't know what to do.

Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate the time you are dedicating to me.

My VTH menu looks nothing like that from the previous display image/icons to the newer image/icons graphics.
Hyundai might of added a tweak here or there to the firmware to make it different from a Dahua installation video.

Have not touched my VTH's in a long time after a computer/network upgrade where all VTH's stopped working. VLAN headache that I did not want to tackle at the time.
Still use my VTO often in Blue Iris as a fisheye camera + Home Assistant doorbell.
Maybe is time to revisit VTH installation.

I do remember, never did use ConfigTool. Thought I 100% configured through the VTO so that the VTO saw the VTH's.

@Mark_M Any ideas more.
I may tackle my VTH's over the weekend. I have 4 of them (1 is bricked, I think thanks to faulty wrong firmware upgrade).
Keep in mind... this is a villa system. You have the master VTO. I see you have 1 VTH. There are more VTH's you can install: bedroom, kitchen, garage, living room, etc. Can't remember how many VTH's can be installed with the VTO. I personally was happy to have 3 :)
Really surprised not many installed these guys. Super awesome for what it does. No reliance on smartphone, can see & hear & talk to person on the porch, can activate lock/unlock. Who knows what else. Can see/hear/talk to locations through the house instead of walking and yelling up the stairs, or from home out to the barn.

It's very very old VTH firmware.

I can see it in vdpconfig. I don't know what to do.
I missed this comment.
If it shows as available in building config, please share a screenshot.

It is another Dahua programme for doorbells( VDPCONFIG). It appears in the programme, but the VTH does not appear in the configtool.
