Sorry...can you be more specific about how you solved this? I'm having the same issue. I did a test with one face (as in the "The Hookup" video), and now my system is refusing to store other unknown faces. Can't figure out how to delete that face from the codeproject.ai database!
I stumbled on this post, same issue with my setup, if you register a face and you arent that face, it wont do unknown faces storage anymore, have to delete all faces registered to work
Same here. Lots of posts in various forums. I'm hoping that CPAI gets some more attention soon, or BI 6 implements something better.
I know... it's free, and it works well for many people, so not trying to complain just hoping for better down the road.
