- The suspect arrested and accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk has been identified as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson, five senior law enforcement officials briefed on the matter told NBC News.
- President Donald Trump said on Fox News this morning: "I think, with a high degree of certainty, we have him."
- NBC News sources have confirmed the arrest and said a family member of the suspect turned him in to police. The FBI has offered a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification and an arrest.
I've heard they found the rifle in the woods but it didn't look like he had a rifle when he jumped from the building so I'm curious about that.

No details, no questions really answered. Governor the only one to speak. He's very a eloquent speaker. He'll be in the running for National politics.
There was an interesting piece offered again by the Governor ealier about communications between the suspect and someone? about the rifle and drop site etc, but vague and confusing and he did nothing to clarify that in his "Q&A" period at the end.
All scripted, all closely held.

Did the person he was messaging with know in advance or only after the fact? If the person knew in advance, they might want to lawyer up quickly as they can be charged with complicity to murder in most states, including Utah.
We’re not getting any details beyond the limited info in the press conference.
I would recommend watching it. It was 90% Kash praising everyone in LE and the FBI for such great quick work and the Governor with his opening 2028 campaign speech
