Looks like the "suspect" was sporting a huge cell phone. Assuming it was not a Jason Bourne burner phone and the rumored name of the "person of interest" is not an alias, I would think they could easily track the persons steps and current location. Why is this person not already in custody?

I do find it odd though how Charlie’s recent lack of allegiance to and questioning of Israel has grown into what appears to be a coordinated over the top whitewashing marketing campaign.

Ben Shapiro is not going to attract crowds like Kirk and he is Israel first and a neocon without apology.
Vivek would do better since both have toured together across various campuses and he gets his point across to the other side and he does it with humility and is way more humble then kirk.
But since he is a billionaire and he running for governor of Ohio, it's not going to happen. But even still he is more of a target with multiple death threats he gets.
Important people who do not get state or federal protection should stop speaking in open places like Elon, Tucker, Vivek.
